Dear Scottie Family,

The Destiny & Fireheart Clan of North Carolina wants to let you all know one of our own young families has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. The Manyard family of Morgantown, NC adopted Jade from us just last week. Never imaging that such a catastrophic storm was headed their way. I heard from Miranda this morning, here is her message:

It's not good. We lost almost everything. Thankfully, we have our camper on high ground. We are safe and all the animals are safe.
