Help My Family Rebuild After Losing Everything in the Wildfire

Yesterday, my parents life changed forever. The wildfire that swept through Altadena destroyed their home completely. The night they evacuated, everyone believed the fire would pass, and they would return home the next day. With that hope, they left with only the clothes on their backs, not realizing it would be the last time they’d ever see their home.

Early the next morning, my mom received a heartbreaking call from her neighbor saying that the house next door to theirs was on fire. My dad, brother, and son rushed back to try and save what they could for my mom but by the time they arrived, it was already too late. Everything they had worked for—their memories, their belongings, their home—was gone.

I’ve included a video of them arriving at what was left of their home, and it’s devastating to witness. Words cannot express the pain my family feels right now as they face the overwhelming challenge of starting from nothing.

This is going to be a long journey, trying to put the pieces of their lives back together. In the meantime, they urgently need help. I am humbly asking for your support.
