Rebuild Hope for Meagan Evans and Her Family
Donation protected
I would like to reach out to everyone in our Leonard Community and to friends and family near and far. I want to introduce to you Meagan Evans and her son Cutter (5th grader at Leonard ISD). Last week Meagan and her son Cutter were at the Ft. Worth Stock Show, for many days for the Steer Show. Meagan and Cutter have a heart and love and are VERY involved in the FFA show world and, he has many years to go!!! While attending the Ft. Worth Stock Show, Meagan was awakened by calls on Friday morning at 2:14 am by the Sherrifs Department and got shocking news that her home was on fire!!! Thankfully Meagan, her son Cutter and her grandma Maxine, who also lives with them, were all in Ft. Worth for the Show. Safe. We are ever so grateful that no one was home ❤️
Meagan is a single mom and does all that she can to provide for her son, Cutter. She is a very hard worker and has been all of her life. She graduated in 2022 from what is now East Texas A&M University in Commerce with her Ag Business Degree and from Leonard High School in 2010.
Her FOCUS in life is her son Cutter and how to best be a part of what he is passionate about. (He is 10 so he's passionate about lots of things).
Not only has Meagan and her family lost their home this week, but 5 months ago they lost Cain in a horrible accident, due to a wreckless driver. This family has survived a horrendous year and they still face many challenges. Finances will now be difficult, in order to figure out housing and to replace all that was lost in the fire. They only have what clothing they had taken to the show.
Your generous donation, no matter the amount, would be a significant benefit to helping them get back on their feet!! Please give as you feel lead and God Bless this family.
This is the official Go Fund Me page approved by the family. No other go fund will be placed as this is the ONLY one that has the families blessing. If other funds are set up or seen, please report as fraud.
