Rebuild Hope for Maryann After Louisiana Flooding

Hi, my name is Christine and I'm raising money to support my mom Maryann, who was deeply affected by the recent flooding in Lafayette, Louisiana. The damage to her home has been overwhelming, and she's now facing costly repairs, lost belongings, and the emotional toll of starting over. My mom lost everything - furniture, clothing, pictures, and all the little things that made the house a home.

My mom is 81 years old and grew up in N.Y. In 1997, she started the Little Shelter Bingo fundraiser. I'm proud to say it continues today and my mom is still running the Bingo from Louisiana. Giving back has always been part of who she is but now she is the one who needs help. The insurance deductible is more than she can afford on a fixed income. Without help, I'm not sure how she will be able to rebuild.
