Many of you know Marissa (Visser) Dalimonte and her husband, Linc. Just two months ago, they welcomed a sweet baby boy into the world. But now, their joy has turned to devastation. Hurricane Helene has completely destroyed their home – for the second time.

Despite all the precautions they took—boarding up doors, sealing windows, and preparing as best they could—the storm surged beyond anything they could have imagined. The floodwaters rose over five feet inside their home, leaving nothing untouched. Their baby’s crib, all their appliances, furniture, and even basic necessities like their washer and dryer were completely lost.

Their wood floors are ruined, cupboards are decimated by salt water, and even their fridge was overturned, with its contents floating through the house. It’s hard to imagine starting over, but that’s exactly what this young family is facing.

Many of you know their mom, Holly Visser, who has been a friend to so many of us in the community. Now it’s our chance to help her daughter and family in this time of desperate need.

This is a young couple, with a beautiful baby boy and two sweet dogs, who have lost everything. I don't know how else to help, but I do know how to share their story and ask for your generosity.
