My name is Tania Glynn, and I am the daughter of Lynn and Jerry Raney, who recently lost everything in a devastating house fire in Rockledge, Florida. I am creating this GoFundMe to help them get back on their feet as they begin the long process of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

My mom and her husband recently suffered a devastating house fire that took their entire home, all of their belongings, and even their beloved cat Sunny. In a matter of moments, everything they had built and cherished was gone.

After spending several nights in a hotel, they found a rental where they can begin to rebuild. However, they are starting completely from scratch — without clothes, food, toiletries, or furniture. To make matters more difficult, they also lost their wallet and credit cards in the fire and is waiting for new ones to arrive.

While insurance will eventually provide some assistance, that process can take months. In the meantime, they need help with the basics to get through each day and begin putting their life back together and be reunited with their two puppies that are currently staying with a friend.

Any contribution — no matter the size — will make a meaningful difference as they work to rebuild their home and their sense of stability. Our family is deeply grateful for the kindness, generosity, and support during this difficult and heartbreaking time.
