Rebuild Hope for Larry After House Fire

My name is Bailey. I live next to an older gentleman named Larry. He's 72 and had an unfortunate thing happen on top of surviving cancer, a heart attack, and having open-heart surgery. He had a house and car that burned completely down today. Nothing but ashes remain. The fire department took an hour and a half to get to him with the guidance of my husband because they couldn't find him.
