A Call for Peace and Support

My name is Abe Aboukhalil and I am writing this on behalf of my sister, Ferial Aboukhalil. Yesterday, her house in South Lebanon (Kolieleh near Sour) was bombed by Israeli forces. She has lived there for over 60 years, raising her children and grandchildren in that home. Thankfully, they were not home at the time, but the devastation they now face is a painful reminder of the violence that continues to plague the region.

I hold deep respect for my Jewish friends and neighbors here in the USA. However, I must express my anger at the Israeli government, which I believe is led by a regime that perpetuates violence and instills fear rather than pursuing peace. Their actions are unjust and undermine the possibility of peaceful coexistence.

In response to this tragedy, I have started this GoFundMe to help my sister rebuild her home. I hope we can work together toward a future where this madness ends, allowing the Lebanese people to rebuild their lives and homes in peace.

Funds will be used to help her rebuild and refurnish her home.
