My friend Chad and his parents had their home taken by the Pacific Palisades wildfire. Chad is one of the best people I know; he's a musician, a community organizer, and for the past several years, has been taking care of his disabled parents. Chad's mom is paralyzed by Neuromyelitis Optica, a rare autoimmune disease, and his dad is blind. Chad is the best boss I've ever worked for and one of the kindest people I know. The fire took everything: clothes, possessions, and memories. His parents didn't have insurance on the home. Chad and his family need immediate financial assistance to help recover from the fire.
