Hello, my name is Tatyana Brooks, and my husband and I are currently living in California. I’m creating this fundraiser for my husband’s family in Jamaica. Hurricane Melissa has left my husband’s family in Jamaica with nothing. Their home and land were destroyed by the storm’s powerful winds, flooding, and mudslides. They are trying to recover from unimaginable loss.

These funds will go directly toward helping them rebuild their home, purchase basic necessities like food, clothing, and bedding, and rebuilding their home.

This family is strong, proud, and deeply rooted in their community, but this disaster has left them with nothing. Any donation, big or small, will help them start to rebuild their lives and restore hope after such tremendous loss.
