Rebuild Hope After Our Home Was Ransacked

Hi everyone, for those who don’t know, we came home on Sunday night and found our home ransacked by burglars. It breaks my heart to know that the thieves took just about everything of value. Close friends know after my divorce I was left with the very little other than these personal items. It is truly all we had. We already had to give up on many of those goods that were sold in order to pay rent after months of working for free to complete my practicum as a therapist. This comes after months of struggles while Shaka worked tirelessly trying to find a new job. This is hitting us hard. We need our friends to show up. It will mean the world. And we truly need it.
