Rebuild and Restore for Peter VandeHei house fire
Donation protected
For the past few years, Peter has worked hard to restore a historical building in the city of Valton, Wisconsin. As a skilled carpenter and home builder, he was working on restoring the structure, while living in a finished off portion of the basement as his primary residence. Since it was a work in progress it was under-Insured. Last night a fire of unknown origin quickly engulfed the entire structure, and he was able to get out with very few belongings. We are so very thankful to God that he was safe through the incident! However, he has lost nearly everything he owned and worked so hard for.
He is dearly loved by the Amish community in the area, and so a house-raising has been suggested. We, his loving family, will use donated funds for the materials to build (with the help of his family and friends) and to replace basic belongings, such as tools, a bed, kitchen appliances, clothing, and dishes. Thank you so much for your help!
