Hi, my name is Connie and I am fundraising for my sister Roxy ( born and raised Canadian) and husband Boaz so they can rebuild their home which was severely damaged after Hurricane Erick.

They had lived in Israel for nearly 30 yrs and fled for a better, more peaceful life in 2024; after suffering the effects of ongoing war since Oct.7/2023. Moving to Oaxaca Mexico with only the clothes on their backs and a hope for peace.

With their life savings they built a very small, modest home employing locals to assist with employment opportunities and cut costs.

They had only been in their home for 6 months now, before this disaster occurred.

Much damage has incurred, and they need assistance getting back on their feet and rebuilding and replacing.

Any amount would help and be so appreciated.

They are a couple beautiful souls that pay it forward in life. Teaching Spanish to the locals and helping in their new community.
