Help Frankie and his mother rebuild after a devastating house fire.
Yesterday, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. My uncle and nana lost their home in a fire; everything inside was destroyed. What remains is the shock, grief, and the urgent need to rebuild from nothing.
Frankie is a proud tribal member and someone who has always shown up for his community. Whether it was lending a hand, offering support, or simply being someone others could count on, he has always given what he could. My nana is the same way; she's spent years helping others however she could, even while facing her own struggles. They are the kind of people who don't hesitate to give, even when they have very little themselves.
Now, they need that same support in return. They were only able to save a few essential items: medication, some identification, and a handful of photos. Everything else is gone. They are currently displaced and trying to figure out the next steps while dealing with the emotional and physical toll of this loss.
Funds raised will go toward:
Immediate needs like clothing, food, and hygiene items
Temporary housing and safe accommodations
Replacing essential documents and medical supplies
Long-term efforts to secure stable housing and rebuild their lives.
This situation is especially difficult due to existing health and mobility challenges, making stability and support even more critical right now.
If you are able to donate, share, or support in any way, it would mean more than words can express. Even the smallest contribution helps bring them one step closer to stability. Thank you for showing up for Frankie and Nana during one of the hardest moments of their lives.
