Greetings beloved people and neighbouring countries to Jamaica.
We are inviting you to our fundraising platform in collaboration for us to come together in a devastating time for our community Island JAMAICA!!
We have volunteers - people located on the ground doing what they can all personally do as we continue to receive aid for those in crisis to provide food, clothes, shelter, hygiene and medical assistance.
This disaster has affected every part of our homeland — ️ Homes destroyed, No work Schools closed Hospitals without equipment Roads washed away Farming communities in ruins. The road to recovery will be long, but together we can rebuild. Our mission is to bring relief, restore hope, and rebuild the Jamaica we love — one community at a time. We’re asking for your support and pledge. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps us provide food, water, shelter, and essential supplies to those who need it most.
I Ashi (Tavaris Taylor) have people on the ground that called me on day 1, crying out for help being a man for the community all my life (I lived in Jamaica for the majority, now based in London with my young family) they know i would help.
I've started work straight away with my people on the ground, we have been putting simple roofing to give places for shelter where we have been putting ply wood and zinc sheeting to give somewhere where the community can cook food and shelter. We then put one area of shelter in houses for people so they at least have some shelter. I've been able to get 25% reduction by buying materials in quantity.
During my time in Jamaica i was farmer and carpenter. Therefore i have the knowledge and trust with people on the ground to deliver critical relief for devastated communities.
The main areas we support are Manchester, Clarendon, and St. Elizabeth.
I was raised by my beloved mother Seami. She installed in me the love and service to people. She passed but her spirit lives with me as I continue to serve people with music and soul food and now in times of emergency with vital support for repairing houses, communities, food and services for the people we all love.
Let’s stand as one — for our people, our land, and our future. One Love. One Heart. One Jamaica. Friends for Jamaica (F.F.J)
Motto: In truth, we serve and protect!
