My name is Samanta Brown, and I’m from Clarks Town, Trelawny, Jamaica, a close-knit community filled with hardworking, caring people.

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica with devastating force, destroying homes, crops, and livelihoods throughout Trelawny. In my hometown of Clarks Town, many families have been left homeless, without food, clean water, or electricity.

I created this GoFundMe to raise support for families and individuals in Clarks Town and surrounding communities who were severely affected by the storm.

How the Funds Will Be Used:

• Emergency supplies: food, clean drinking water, clothing, and hygiene products

• Roof and home repairs for damaged houses

• Assistance for the elderly, children, and single parents who lost their belongings

• Community rebuilding efforts.

Every donation will go directly toward helping those in need in Clarks Town and nearby areas. I will personally help distribute supplies and ensure families most affected receive the support first.

Together, we can bring back hope, safety, and strength to our beautiful parish.
