Hi. My name is Ms. Heather, as my students have called me for the last 20 years. My little school is called Busy Bee Preschool, and we have been loving and teaching the children of Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and Wildomar communities since I started this little school in my home in September of 2004.

Yesterday, we had a fire from a copy machine, and it burned our “treehouse” classroom. It has been hard on the children and us, watching our classroom and supplies reduced to ash. However, as I aim to teach my students that resiliency comes through struggle, we will embrace this destruction as an opportunity for rebirth. We will rebuild. My vision is to build our classroom better than it was before, add a bathroom, and make the classroom bigger. But we need the help of our community to make this happen. So many people have reached out, asking how they can help us, and I figured out how you can. We will use the funds we raise here to help build our little preschool/TK & kindergarten classroom into a larger and more accessible space. A beautiful classroom that can accommodate all of our students would be a dream come true for Busy Bee after such a sad loss.
