Help Rebuild Bill Vaughn Memorial Trailer Park After Devastating Tornado in Laurel County

In August 2024, our beloved Bill Vaughn passed away unexpectedly. Bill poured his heart, soul, and dreams into creating the Bill Vaughn Memorial Trailer Park (formerly Finley’s Trailer Park) in Laurel County, KY, a place where affordable housing met community, and care. His vision was simple but powerful: to provide safe, affordable housing for families in London, Kentucky.

Today, we are heartbroken again.

On May 16, 2025, a powerful tornado tore through London, KY, devastating the Bill Vaughn Trailer Park. Trailers were damaged, possessions lost, and our small but mighty community left shaken. Many residents, including families with children are still staying on the property, but their homes are in desperate need of repair.

Bill’s sister and children are doing everything they can to carry on his legacy and rebuild what he worked so very hard to create. But we can’t do it alone.

We’re asking for your help!

Your donation will go directly toward:

  • Debris cleanup
  • Major trailer repairs
  • Roof and window replacements
  • Equipment and building materials
  • Essential supplies for tenants who lost everything
  • Etc.

No donation is too small. Every dollar brings us closer to restoring homes, hope, and the future of this special community.

Please help us rebuild the Bill Vaughn Trailer Park, not just for Bill, but for every resident who calls this place home. ❤️

Thank you for your kindness, support, and generosity.
