Rebuild a primary school on the Thai-Cambodia boarder

We are AIPMO, a Swiss International Association established in 2015, committed to enhancing the practice of Project management across the globe. Our approach is grounded in thorough research, enabling us to develop detailed frameworks for PMO Management and Project Management courses. Our team includes dedicated professionals with advanced degrees, and our academics contribute thoughtfully to our field, striving to uphold high standards in both theory and application.

Our Mission and Community Impact

Our motto, "Ab imbis fundamentus" — rebuilding from the foundations, reflects our philosophy. We believe in revisiting first principles to craft contemporary frameworks/methods, rather than recycling outdated methods. In line with our mission to give back, we provide free Masterclasses and have taken on a special project: sponsoring a school in a deprived village near the Thailand-Cambodia border.

The Challenge and Our Response

In this village, 15% of children are orphans, and many work on farms to support their families. Despite these challenges, the school has soared to become #1 out of 250 in the district, setting a benchmark for excellence. We sponsor educational prizes each year and provide funds to ensure all children can enjoy holiday festivities. Moreover, we offer extra support to the neediest students, allowing them to focus on their studies.

Urgent Need for School Reconstruction

Constructed over 80 years ago, the school's infrastructure is now deteriorating. A rebuild is essential to continue providing quality education and accommodate more students. We aim to raise 100,000 CHF for this purpose, with additional support from the Thai government. Due to payment challenges in Thailand via platforms like GoFundMe, we are collecting donations in Switzerland and will ensure the proper transfer of funds to the school as we do annually. Our financial processes are transparent and audited by Savyx, ensuring all contributions are managed correctly.
