Help Rebuild My Hometown — Albert Town & Freemans Hall, Trelawny, Jamaica
Hello everyone,
My name is Anesha Gibbs, and I currently reside in the United States. My heart is breaking for my hometown, Albert Town in Trelawny, Jamaica, which has been devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Entire homes have been wiped off the map, and many families — especially the elderly — are left with nothing.
Many of these elderly residents have no family members nearby and no access to help. My greatest fear is that they will be overlooked and lost among the millions now displaced and struggling to survive.
I am raising funds to provide direct, hands-on relief aid to my community — to help rebuild homes, provide food, clean water, and basic necessities for those who need it most. Every dollar raised will go directly to support the people of Albert Town, with a focus on the elderly and most vulnerable.
Your generosity will help restore hope, dignity, and shelter to those who have lost everything. Please consider donating or sharing this campaign with others who can help. Together, we can make a real difference for Albert Town and the people who call it home.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support.
— Anesha Gibbs
