David and Baya. They are Santa Rosa natives who finally were able to get a little piece of their dream. A family home of their own in the country where they could spend their years watching their grandchildren grow up. . They beat all odds of succeeding in life . They had children young, had no money, but worked their way through hardship. They worked and have saved for years, never once did they ask for money from anyone .  Their compassion for their friends and family is un matched. They have taken in their nephews and raised them, they have helped out numerous family members throughout the years, never expecting anything back . David worked two jobs to make sure his family was finically stable
They have four grandchildren that they love tremendously.  They would spend their off days with their grandchildren laughing, playing , Singing , dirt bike riding.

This dream was lost on Sunday evening in the Glass fire. Unfortunately they are far underinsured and were in escrow during the fire. It is questionable if they will get anything when this is all over. They have lost everything they have worked their entire lives for including all of their personal possessions. Please help in any way you can.
