Hello, I am Alaa Wael from Palestine, specifically from the Gaza Strip. I live with my father, mother, brother, my widow's sister, and her children.

We have a simple and good life for 5 years. I discovered my love for making food, especially for making cakes, and I tried it once and second, except that I decided to open a simple project to help my family. I am an ambitious girl and love the experience.

With time, I mastered making cake and opened a page on Instagram to sell cake and my dream was to grow my project larger. And everyone knows me and I create my own local for selling cake and with time I learned a lot of cake recipes in different and beautiful shapes and according to the request of the customer. I took courses a lot and started giving people learning courses to make the cake and I succeeded in graduating 500 people who love to make the cake.

Before October 7, I was about to open my own shop to sell cakes and sweets in all shapes. My hope was that my project would grow and reach all people, and I would do my work with all passion and love.

But with the coming of the war, it destroyed everything I owned, I lost my job, my house became completely uninhabitable, and I lost many of my possessions. My loved ones . My dreams and ambitions

Now, as I have been displaced in the Deir al-Balah area, far from my city, my destroyed home, and my family for more than 300 days, we suffer from all kinds of difficulties in life, in terms of obtaining water, washing, and cooking over a fire.

I ask you to help me and my family if you are able to do so, to rebuild our home and rebuild my unborn dream ..!
