Hi, my name is Isaac Espinosa, and I’m creating this GoFundMe to support my mom and brother, who recently lost everything due to devastating smoke and water damage to their home.

On Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, a fire broke out in the apartment next to my mom and brother's unit. While their unit didn't catch fire directly, the heavy smoke and water used to fight the flames caused significant damage-destroying almost all of their belongings and leaving their home uninhabitable.

They've lost clothing, furniture, sentimental items, and the everyday necessities we often take for granted. The emotional impact has been immense, and now they're facing the sudden burden of temporary housing and the need to rebuild from scratch.
