Help Rebuild After Hurricane Flooding

I don't like asking for help, but sometimes it's necessary. My apartment in St Pete Beach was flooded from the recent hurricane and everything was lost. It was two days after the storm before residents were allowed back. By that time, everything was still wet, muddy, and moldy. I was able to save some kitchen items, but nothing that really matters.
