Rebuild 5015

For over 25 years, Steven Rogers has made a significant impact on Houston's urban social scene and night life with venues like The Office, Skybar, MBar, Glo, Belvedere, Sugarhill, Prospect Park, and the latest being The Bar 5015. After just re-opening its doors following the shut down due to COVID-19, Bar 5015 suffered another devastating set-back.  On Friday, June 12, 2020,  there was an explosion as a result of foul play according to fire investigators. 

The business has been totally destroyed and needs to be rebuilt. This is a very expensive undertaking and we are calling on the community to help. Steven put his heart and soul into the renovations of 5015 as he has with all of his ventures. 
Although it was a thriving black business, it has never been solely about profit for Steven. Let's do what we can to rebuild 5015 and rebuild Steve's spirit, faith, and peace of mind in our community. 

Your donations will go towards all restoration costs including but not limited to permits, supplies, equipment, inventory, designs, construction, labor, and materials.  As a previous business partner and staunch supporter of Steve and ALL of his endeavors, I strongly encourage you to give towards making our community (Third Ward, TX) stronger. All funds will go directly to the owner and operator of 5015 to ensure its reopening ASAP.
