Rebeka's Circuit Rider DTS 2024!!!!!

Hi everybody :)

I'm Rebeka and in January 2024 I'll be going to the Circuit Rider Experience DTS* in California!

Originally I'm from Latvia but around a year ago God told me to move to Sweden so that's where I'm currently living, He has given me a wonderful community here that has become like my second family. I live my life fully for the glory of God and seek Him and His will in all I do, so, even though I've been thinking about going to CRX for about 5 years now, I was waiting for God's "go" which He now has given me and I couldn't be more excited!!!!

Circuit Riders is a ministry of Youth With A Mission, focused on reaching Universities and High Schools, they are a missional community based in Huntington Beach, California, with a mission to seek the lost, revive the saved and train them all!

I've been working with them for about 3 years - hosting and planning "Carry The Love"** events with them in Latvia, Sweden and now Cyprus as well. Planning these events and going out evangelising with the CR team has been amazing and I've seen people getting saved, healed and delivered all over Europe! And even though I'm already so involved with the CR team, I know and feel that I need more training so that I can serve God and the people around me even better.

The Circuit Rider discipleship training school consists of 2 parts - the lecture phase and the outreach phase.

1) During the lecture phase I'll have the opportunity to get in-depth teachings about the word of God, get trained in how to reach the unsaved and grow in my relationship with God! This means that I'll spend around 10 weeks in California in the CR community getting trained and equipped for whatever God has planned for my life.

2) During the outreach phase we'll be divided into teams going all across the world serving local communities, preaching the gospel and organising events! The outreach phase let's us put all that we have heard into action and break out of passivity. This means that for around 2 months I'll be traveling around preaching the gospel every day and laying down the everyday life to fully live out the great commission***.

To be able to go to the DTS I need finances to cover the school tuition, housing and living expenses. On my own I’ve managed to save around half of what’s needed, so I would appreciate it if you would donate towards my goal - any amount helps, no matter how big or small - so that I could be fully funded!!

**Carry The Love - these are events that are a part of the Fall DTS that Circuit Riders have. These events always start with worship which is followed by the gospel message and in the end there's an opportunity for people to accept Jesus into their hearts as well as get prayer, we also get an invitation to step out of passivity and join Jesus' call into the great commission! ***The great commission - Matthew 28:18-20 "Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." This is Jesus' last command to us - to live a surrendered life while going out to spread the gospel and disciple people!
