Ireland Trip for the Yeats Summer School

Hello all! My name is Rebekah and I am a full-time college student at the beautiful Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX. I am an English major who has a passion for literature, poetry, reading, and writing.
My school has presented me an awesome opportunity to enroll in a class to travel to Ireland and attend the 60th Yeats International Summer School in Sligo, Ireland (ENGL 3370: Yeats in Ireland). This would not only be an incredible opportunity in regard to travel, but also for my academic career. This would give me a chance to learn more about the poet as well as to make connections with other passionate English majors and scholars. This cost for this is $2,900 and the final deposit is due on May 1st, 2019.
I am currently enrolled in the Spring semester course here on campus to develop my knowledge on W.B. Yeats and I am also working 5 different jobs to try and raise funds on my own. However, as a full-time college student, this is a daunting task. I have budgeted the cost of the trip with my financial abilities, and it will be nearly impossible to do on my own in the next three months. A lesson I have been learning is to ask for help when I need it, so here it is.
The full cost of the trip is being asked for on this page ($2,900) and I am grateful for whatever people are willing to give. Thank you to everyone for being willing to help me raise the funds for this trip alongside me. I will continue to work to raise what I need on my own, but I am so, so grateful for whoever is willing to help.
All of the donations raised will go directly to Schreiner University for the trip to cover the 3-credit course tuition (through Schreiner University), travel, lodging, tuition fees for the 60th Yeats International Summer School, and some meals and activities.
