Rebekah’s Healing Journey: Support Her Fight Against Cancer

Donation protected
Our dear Rebekah Frost, beloved wife to Ryan and devoted mother to Liam (10), Ari (7), and Ethan (3), has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. This news has deeply affected all who know and love her, but Rebekah is a fighter, and she is surrounded by a strong and faithful family and community.

As you can imagine, the emotional and physical toll is immense, and so is the financial burden. Medical bills have already begun to stack up, and many more are expected in the months ahead as Rebekah undergoes treatment.

The Frost and Burtness families are humbly asking for your support. Whether through a financial gift, a prayer, or simply sharing this page, your support means the world. Our hope is to lift some of the financial weight off their shoulders so they can focus on what matters most: Rebekah’s healing and time together as a family.

Please join us in standing beside them and believing for complete restoration and healing.

With love and gratitude,
The Frost & Burtness Families

Message from Ryan:

Dear friends and family,

I want to share some difficult news about Rebekah’s health. Recently, Rebekah was diagnosed with an aggressive type of cancer known as HER2-positive breast cancer. This is a high grade cancer that grows rapidly.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had multiple consultations and additional scans to understand the extent of her condition. Following a recent PET scan, doctors have now updated Rebekah’s diagnosis to Stage 4 breast cancer, meaning it has spread beyond the original location in her breast and lymph nodes. Specifically, the scan revealed a cancerous area in her liver.

While Stage 4 is a serious diagnosis, we’re encouraged by the treatment options. Thankfully, there are highly effective targeted treatments available. Rebekah’s medical team has started her on a combination of chemotherapy and breakthrough HER2-targeted medications which have dramatically improved outcomes for patients with her specific cancer type. This first round will be 6 infusions over 18 weeks.

Alongside conventional medicine, she’s working closely with some integrative therapies and complementary treatments. Rebekah remains determined and positive, making daily efforts to support her health through nutrition, supplements, juicing, and a healthy lifestyle.

As you can imagine, this journey brings significant emotional and physical challenges. Our family is taking each day one step at a time. We are pressing into the hope that only comes from Jesus. We are praying for healing and trusting God on this journey. Already, we have seen the Lord meet us in so many ways. God is good and He is with us.

I especially want to ask that you would join us in prayer. We are believing that the ultimate prognosis of this diagnosis is life whether that be through healing or medicine (or both!).

Much Love,
Ryan
