Hi everyone,

We want to share a difficult update. I have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The prognosis is not good, and we are facing the reality that our time together may be much more limited than we ever imagined.

Some moments we focus on the next steps and try to stay practical. Other moments it feels overwhelming. There is fear, anger, and sadness, and we are learning to take things one moment at a time. Every moment feels precious, and we are trying to make the most of the time we have together.

The financial impact is already heavy. This fundraiser will help cover medical bills, travel, and living expenses so we can focus on my health, our family, our friends, and the moments that matter most.
