Rebecca Skiles-Duncan was a friend of mine. I knew her since jr. high. We didn't always see eye to eye but as one of my very first friends after moving to Norman. That was in the 80's and Rebecca was the 80's. 

She was also my sister-in law. So she was family. Her beautiful kids have beautiful kids. We are blessed to have known her.
