Rebecca Manley (Becky) Physical Therapy Journey

Most of you know my mom as one of the most caring and hard working woman there is.  She is always the first one to help ANYONE with anything she can.  She is the strongest woman I know and would give the shirt off her back to a complete stranger if they need it.  

Unfortunately on the evening of June 20, 2020 my mom Rebecca (Becky) Manley was in a swimming accident.  She shattered her C5 vertebra. On June 21st they did emergency surgery to remove and replace her C5 vertebra and fused her C5, C6 & C7 vertebra together.  

Due to moms injuries she is paralyzed from the neck down with very limited use of her upper arms only.  Mom will require extensive physical & occupational therapy.  Unfortunately the rehab that specializes in the care mom needs does not take her insurance.

We are looking to raise the money to give mom the best possible advantage in receiving the therapy she needs and deserves.   As of this morning mom has been taken off of IV's and is stable enough condition to be moved out of ICU.  We are hoping that within the next few days she will be strong enough to be sent to rehab.

Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated so Becky can get the best therapy and medical supplies she will need. Thank you all for your support during this very difficult and long road to recovery.
