The Best and Worst Weekend

This week went from a week of celebration for Patrick Lambert with the birth of he and his wife's first child to the worst time in his life. "Friday," he writes, "I was a proud husband and daddy driving our son (Bryson Isaiah Lambert) and wife (Rebecca Leigh Lambert) home from the hospital to start a new chapter in our life. Saturday and Sunday turned...to the worst time" as Rebecca experienced medical complications and died later that day.

"I believed we were about to go on an adventure together into parenthood, but now I'm doing it alone," Patrick noted.
