Hello, my name is Chelsea. I am Becky’s cousin.

Many of you know Becky (Rebecca) as a family member, as a friend, as someone you love.

Last Thursday, Becky, was rushed to Saskatoon Hospital due to health concerns. After thorough examinations, it's been determined that Becky has a benign meningioma, measuring 3.5x3 cm, situated on top of her brain. While it's not within her brain, it's affecting her motor function nerve, causing numbness. The good news is that Becky won't require chemotherapy, but there's a possibility of radiation treatment if the mass can't be completely removed. Her surgery date is set for Thursday April 04/2024. Recovery may require some rehabilitation therapy up to 6-8 weeks before Becky can return to work if all goes well. This means no personal income for that period and having to keep a business open and running as well as caring for her two children. We are asking that anyone willing to donate to help alleviate the financial stress during this time during her recovery time, please use this go fund me.

We all know Becky is an independent person who doesn’t like to ask for help. She would be the one helping.

Becky only agreed to the go fund me if it is clearly stated that any funds raised that she does not end up needing, she will be donating back to the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. Thank you to anyone who is able to help and for keeping Becky and her family in their thoughts.
