Rebecca Hanson vs the Brain Tumor

Rebecca - "Becca" Hanson is the 'know everything' person for Golden Antiques in Summerfield, North Carolina. She has had health issues for several years which have made it very difficult for her. She has had several brain tumors that have been removed, but one has not been able to be removed.
The tumors are cancerous, she has had to endure chemo and radiation treatments every three months as well as MRI's. She is on numerous medications which make to keep the pain at a tolerable level in order for her to function.
In the last six months, there have been obvious changes in one area and the tumor and grown considerably causing extreme pain. The only way to provide relief to the pain and the growth of the tumor is to remove it.
This Monday, September 16, 2019, Rebecca will go to Duke Hospital and prepare for her Surgery on Tuesday. She will be in the hospital for about a week and then go home for recovery. This is a very delicate surgery because of the connection to the brain stem. This will more than likely require more chemo and radiation.
As you can imagine, she is dealing with a lot of difficult things in life - constant paint, many medical procedures, costly medications, and the financial burdens that go along with all of this.
Through it all, no matter what, everyday Rebecca has a smile on her face and makes everyone she meets feel welcome and important, showing her faith and positive attitude in everything she does. She is amazing!
Many have asked how they can help her, please pray for her, pray for her surgeon and the other medical personnel that will be a part of her surgery on Tuesday, pray for this surgery to be a success and to remove the pain and the cancer entirely from her body and pray for complete healing.
We ask if you are so led to contribute to help pay for medical bills, medicines, and expenses involved in her treatment and care, as you can imagine this burden is extensive.
We have faith that this surgery will be a huge success and she will be healed!
