My sweet mom passed on Mother's day due to complications of a medication she was taking .
She was the sweetest soul and everyone loved her.
Instead of flowers,  she asked if 
Donations could be made to a medical fund for her grandsons.
Seth a Jake  Hudson. 
They are both going through trying times as well.
Seth is 26 and battling Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Jake is 20 and having surgery on a brain tumor this summer.
