SINGLE MOTHER INJURED IN A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH A DRUNK DRIVER.
While driving home on January 29th, 2018, in Ada, Oklahoma; Reba Sliger was in a head-on collision when a drunk driver who crossed over into her lane. Reba was rescued by paramedics from her car but sustained severe injuries. She was then Mede-Vacced from Ada, OK, to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Her injuries include a broken pelvis, hip, feet, hand; also lacerations and torn muscles throughout her body. By the grace of God, the Sheriff Department, and the staff at OU Medical Center she is with us today!
Reba is a 26-year-old, Oklahoma native, and a proud single mother of a beautiful 5-year old daughter, Aryanna. She works in accounting but is currently unemployed due to a recent emergency gallbladder surgery, and at the time of the accident, she did not have insurance. Because of this accident, she will be unable work long-term. Reba is a proud single parent but will not be able to take care of her child alone. She will need a lot of support from family and friends as she recovers in the hospital and at home. The intoxicated driver also survived miraculously and is in the hospital, but will face criminal charges. However, now, the medical and other household bills are piling-up quickly and are all currently the responsibility of Reba and her family.
Reba is a wonderful Mother, daughter, sister, friend, woman, and child of God. She is a kind, generous, and really one of the best people in this world, and we are so blessed to still have her in our lives and int his world!
