Hello, my name is Eric Jontilano, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult moments our family has faced.

My mother, Rea Jontilano, was recently hospitalized for 12 days due to multiple medical complications. After careful evaluation, her doctors advised us to focus on spending meaningful time with her and ensuring her comfort. With heavy hearts but full respect for her wishes, we decided to bring her home so she could be surrounded by family and peace.

One of my mom’s greatest wishes was to celebrate her 85th birthday at home, and we are doing everything we can to honor that. Bringing her home allows her to be in a familiar, loving environment where we can focus on comfort, care, and dignity.

Her last wish was to bring her home in the Philippines. We are asking for support to help cover all the funeral expenses from the US going to the Philippines and even a small contribution can help honor her last wish.
