Hey, I’m Dave.
I’m not a big company. I’m not a tech expert either.
I’m just a regular elementary school teacher working in a First Nations remote community. I’ve written a few children’s books, and I’ve been through a lot in life—just like we all have.
The Reality Reset was born from the hardest moments of my life.
Times when I felt stuck in my own head.
Times when anxiety, shame, and regret made it feel like I couldn’t breathe.
I tried everything people said would help... books, podcasts, advice...
but when life hit me hard, none of it worked in the moment I actually needed it.
So, I built something that did.
A simple three-step process I could use anytime, anywhere.
Something that helped me calm my mind, stop the spiral, and shift how I saw things.
Since then, I’ve spent hundreds of hours researching the brain science behind why it works—diving deep into neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and cognitive behavior.
I’ve spoken with psychologists and experts, and made sure this isn’t just a feel-good idea.
It’s backed by real science.
Now I want to share it with others.
That’s why I’ve been building the Reality Reset App.
It’s not just another mindset tool.
It’s a lifeline.
It helps you go from overwhelmed to grounded,
from self-doubt to self-trust,
in just a few minutes.
I’ve already invested thousands of dollars of my own money and have been working with an amazing development team.
The front end of the app is done.
The vision is real.
Now I need help to finish it and bring it to the world.
