My Mom is an AMAZING person with a big heart for others. She has always been very generous, hardworking, and loving. To those that truly know her, your heart is aching after hearing the news of her recent stroke in October of 2017.
My Mom was taken to the hospital after experiencing life threatening symptoms (slurred speech, inability to move on her right side, and heavy breathing ) which was later diagnosed as a TIA. After many tests and scans were done, she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure—which played a huge part in how she felt physically.
Since October of last year, she’s had other health challenges in her life : issues with her blood pressure, limited mobility, and unexpected pains. But, by the grace of God, she has gained mobility of her right side , shes functioning well, and her speech has improved greatly over time.
She is home and we have been in constant prayer for her and God has truly been faithful! She is improving every single day. GOD IS A HEALER AND NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD.
My Mom is currently back working and taking each day step by step, she has been prescribed an array of medications to keep everything constant, including her blood pressure and heart rate.
Doctors and nurses are suggesting that stents be placed in my Mom’s heart so that it will be stronger or surgically placing in a pacemaker.
Both procedures are expensive and my family and I have combined all resources, but have yet to garner the needed amount to have the procedures done.
