Reaching my limit...

Hello, my name is Daniel, I am 30 years old and a full time father, partner, and Chef. I can't keep living like this, which is why my fiance pushed me to create this. Currently she is a stay-at-home mom, we cannot afford child care or a second vehicle for her to go back to work and I've lost all quality of life. I have nowhere else to turn. I am asking for help, which is VERY rare.
I have had Psoriasis/ Psoriatic Arthritis for over 10 years and have been diagnosed with 4 of 5 types of Psoriasis. I have reached the limit of what my body can physically and mentally handle with this disease.
Think about a time you burned yourself, your finger, thumb, or arm. Now imagine that burning 24 hours a day for 10 years. My Psoriasis has taken over more than 75% of my body, including my groin. My joints burn constantly, it has damaged my optic nerve, which has caused partial permanent vision loss. My hands and arms crack and bleed when I bend my fingers or elbows, my back splits when I sleep, and it is painful to wear socks or shoes. It is incredibly painful, I cannot use the bathroom without pain. It even affects my fingernails, they have become deformed, and multiple nails are seperating from the nail beds. The hardest part for me, is the stress that comes with the territory. Kids wondering about my"sunburn". Parents asking if I am contagious. Wearing long sleeve everything in 100 degree weather. Wiping blood off the wall, or that I could loss my job at any moment if someone is disgusted by what they see, which has already happened in the past.
The industry that I work in does not offer cost effective medical insurance and being the sole income for our house hold, I cannot afford it on my own. I already self pay for medical costs. The doctor visits and bloodwork costs $250/mo . I have to take several medications, one of which costs $100/wk. On a single income this is impossible to make happen. I can afford the visits, or the medications, but not both. Abbvie provides Humira for free, but as it is a biologic, it requires monthly monitoring. I am on a high dose of Humira and Methotrexate, 2 pens and 24 Methotrextate weekly.
One day, I would like to be able to wear a t-shirt and shorts without being treated like a monster. I am asking for enough to cover treatments for 3 months. Anything helps, and I thank anyone in advance who can help. Below is a link for anyone who is unfamiliar with this condition.
