Kevin has been battling cancer for several years. When he was about 15 years old was when he was first diagnosed. He beat it and went on to finish school, join the Army and get married. It was sometime into his deployment to Iraq they found he had cancer again. He was sent home and treated it vigorously. But 2 years later, about a year after we got married, we were told the news that the cancer was back. The problem is, there was nothing that could help fight it. Before the cancer was in his neck and they could radiate it, but this time it metastasized and ended up in his lungs.  And after 3 years, the doctors have expended all options, and now we are taking things day by day.

Kevin is a bright soul, who strives to make everyone laugh. He loves his car, his family and his dogs. In his free time he loves to shoot, and beat everyone in pool. Kevin is a beautiful person inside and out. If he could move the earth to help someone he loves, he would. His favorite show is Archer, but when it comes to movies he enjoys the classics such as the Three Amigos, Spies Like Us and The Jerk.

He deserves a send off that commemorates just this type of person. Kevin wants his friends and family to come together to tell stories and enjoy the time they had with him.

Problem is, we need help. We don't have to worry about medical expenses, as Kevin is taken care of by the VA. But we are not rich, and we have very little saved up.
