My name is Jena, and I am the owner of Green Paradise Deli Cafe in Paradise, CA. My heart goes out to everyone! I am so sorry to everyone who has suffered from this tragic fire in our beautiful close knit communiy.
Sadly, in this fire, my little Cafe, has burned to the ground. Not only that, but almost our whole town has been destroyed. Everything we have built up and worked for is gone. I have been serving healthy, organic, happy food on the ridge for 5 years now, accommodating all dietary needs....vegetarian, regular, vegan, paleo, and gluten free. Now, more then ever, my food and love will be needed, to help rebuild and nourish my town in its rebirth.
The good thing is, in that five years, I have purchased my own location, which has only minimal damage, I've been told. I have the plans already drawn, I just need to draft them and get them engineer stamped. That way as soon as our town reopens, I will be ready to go.
Please help me to serve food from the heart to help heal and feed the souls of my town. We will rise from the ashes and rebuild together. Much love and thank you. PARADISE STRONG....I Love you all and miss you terribly!
