My name is Ann Cocks, and I am the daughter of Harvey Cocks Jr. For the past two years, my Dad was in declining health and has been cared for at home by my brother with the help of Hospice. Unfortunately, two weeks ago, my brother became ill, and we had to transfer Harvey to an outpatient Hospice center for care while my brother recuperates. Although insurance covers much of the healthcare cost for Harvey, we have incurred unexpected room and board charges, healthcare costs for my brother and travel-related expenses for Ann to remain in Indiana indefinitely. My Dad is not a man of means and would never personally ask for help, but I can ask on his behalf as his daughter. We, as a family, would appreciate any gift, no matter how small.
