Hi, my name is Kara and I am raising funds to help pay for our dogs (Candy) surgery and treatments.

Candy has a large mass on her stomach that is starting to affect her day to day life, she needs tests and biopsies to reveal if it is cancerous and if it has spread through her body and then a complex surgery to remove the mass as well as another’s discovered from the tests.

Candy used to live with my aunt who sadly due to dementia can no longer take care of her. My partner and I have just recently bought our first home so we don’t have the savings built that we would have liked before taking on a pet but we couldn’t see her go to anyone else and now she needs us more than ever, hopefully to save her life.
