David's Medical Fund

My name is Ruby Brenner, and I live in Starkville, Mississippi. I created this fund to help my father with his medical expenses, and his cost of living during his recovery. My dad, David, has been struggling with complications from late stage liver cirhossis for the last year. David lives in Birmingham with his fiance, Kemis, and while she and I wish we could provide all of the financial support he needs, it just isn't possible. I'm asking for help so that he can focus on getting better without worrying about being evicted from his home. I want him to be around for many more years, to continue being not only a father to me and my brother, but also a grandfather to my son! Hello. My name is David Brenner. I'm 49 years old and I live in Birmingham, AL. Last year, I was diagnosed with advanced liver disease. Recent near-fatal complications landed me in the hospital for ten days and rendered me unable to return to work. I am uninsured and have no employer-provided benefits. My goal is to do everything right, get on a donor list and pass muster to recieve such a genrous gift. It is WAY too soon to check out on my awesome kids, grandson and loved ones. I don't intend to do it! All funds generated here will be used for basic expenses and medication while I work to obtain coverage and assistance.
