For those who don't already know, on October 7th my State License to practice as a healthcare provider was temporarily suspended due to a technicality beyond my control. I have since been reinstated and cleared to practice once again, however my employer was required to resubmit a request for clearance before I can return to work. They have yet to receive a response for the licensing agency as of today, November 2nd. By the time I am able to return it will have been more than 30 days since receiving any significant pay, and as a result I am now severely behind on rent, bills, car payments etc. as most of us would be.

My number one concern at this point is avoiding eviction from my current residence and keeping my family together. My son, daughter and 6 month old granddaughter are all dependent on me to provide some sort of stability. My son is in high school with a part time after school job and my daughter is enrolled at the local college and raising a child at the same time. I am super proud of them and it would be devastating for both of them should we be forcefully uprooted from our current living situation.

Understand that this is a last resort for me. I never thought it would ever come to this point, but unfortunately it has. Anything that any of you can do to help us will be greatly appreciated.
