Hello, my name is Miosoty Echavarria on Thursday may 20th my puppy Tobby was attacked by a pitbull infront of our home . The person responsible left and never came back after her dog ripped the jaw completely from my dogs mouth leaving him with his bones exposed.I’ve contacted the police but they don’t have any information about who she is so there’s nothing they can do . Tobby body is rejecting the stitches the surgery so he will need a second surgery which will be performed on Friday . I have spent over 5 thousand dollars in surgery and vet bills that was lended to me by family members over the course of 4 days .
