Help Michael Dickens on His Road to Recovery

Hello, we are starting this gofundme in hopes to support a good man we all know and love. Our family member, Michael Dickens, was involved in a car crash on March 23rd of this year.

The driver of the other car pulled over in the middle of his lane and turned his car off at early hours in the morning (we are unsure of how long he was sitting there) and failed to turn any emergency lights on. Mike was going to a gas station at about 5:30am at 50mph when he hit the other driver in the road. Due to the force of the hit, both cars were pushed down the road and veered off into the ditch where they stopped after hitting a telephone pole.

Mike has been in the hospital and since then we have learned the extent of his injuries. Unfortunately, every single one of his ribs are broken from front to back and he has break in the spine at the T3 level.

At minimum we are looking at a year long recovery, so we are asking for help. Mike is the sole provider and main beacon for our household and without him, we are going to struggle. In the household, we are all stepping up to pull our weight but nothing can measure up to the amount Mike has ever and will ever do for us in a day.

All money donated will be used for bills and medical bills. Any amount helps and if you can’t donate all we ask is that you share this so Mike can get the help and support he shows to everyone else in his life.
