Support Christian & family (SF gunshot victim)
This is Angela and Cy, we’ve known Marta for 5 years. She is a lovely lady from El Salvador, and she has been our house cleaner for the last 5 years. Marta is one of the sweetest and warmest people we have ever known. But today when she came in for her monthly cleaning, she looked very sad. She told us her grandson Christian Rene Moran, died from a gunshot in SF, on June 23, 2021.
Christian is a young man who just turned 20 years old this June. In the evening of June 21, at 3rd St and Palou St, San Francisco, without any known reason, someone approached to Christian’s car and shot him, then got in a separate vehicle and fled.

Sadly, Christian died from his injuries on June 23, at San Francisco general hospital. Christian’s mom(Marta’s daughter) and the family decided to donate his heart and kidneys. Currently, there are 2 people in LA who have received Christians’ organs, and are able to continue their lives with the blessing of Christian and his family.
The whole family is in deep grief. What is more devastating is, the medical bill and funeral cost is a BIG toll for this immigrant family. So we want to create this GoFundMe to help them.
By talking to Marta, we learned that Christian was an electrician working in a small family-owned shop. He and his whole family are Christians. Based on what we know of Marta and her husband in the last 5 years, and the fact that they donated Christian’s organs, we believe this family are people of good hearts. And we hate seeing good people like them experiencing tragedies like this.
We would really appreciate it if you can help Christian’s family with your donation and prayers. The fund will go directly to Christian’s parents, and will be used to pay the medical bill and funeral cost.
