My name is Silvina and I am Bill's friend. I am raising money to help my friend with financial help during these critical times in his life.
My friend Bill, was diagnosed with sepsis two weeks ago. Two months ago he started feeling very sick. He has seen several doctors and after tests and constant antibiotics they finally found a cyst in his cheek and gum causing a very serious infection that was untreated for several months, that infection turned into sepsis entering his lungs and bloodstrem.
He fought pneumonia and went to nine rounds of different antibiotics. Unfortunately even two weeks ago he was still not well and the fever persisted. We urged him to be seen again and finally was diagnosed with sepsis.
He has been a week and a half in the hospital and had emergency surgery of a cyst in his mouth. In addition he had heart problems and the infection was very advanced. Although he survived surgery he is still very weak and in bed. The hospital charges need to be covered.
Bill is an actor, a stuntman and works as a bodyguard. He used to be a beautiful man when he was young as an actor, but he couldn't accept some of the corruption existing at that time to get to the apex of Hollywood.
He cannot come back to work at moment because his recovery may take months after the severe sepsis he had. Because of the continuos antibiotics his body is very debilitated and his defenses went down dramatically He has been confined to bed for 10 weeks and still is in bed and out of work.
Bill now has to relocate because he was unable to pay his rent and needs our help to find a new place and get back on his feet.
